Cancellation Policy

100% deposit refund

30+ days before retreat start date

Online Bookings

• A deposit payment is taken at time of online booking

• Payment is accepted by card

Remaining Balance (online & direct bookings)

• Remaining balance is due 15 days before the retreat start date.

• Payment is accepted by Cash or Bank Transfer

Please note: For deposit and remaining balance amounts, please refer to your booking summary email.

Additional Terms

Full refunds are offered for cancellations made 45+ days before the retreat start date.

After that, if you need to cancel, whilst we will try to move you to another retreat, we would strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to cover unexpected events as we do not provide refunds within this period.

Please note that for online bookings or any payment made via card if a refund is required this will be returned minus the stripe processing fee (2-3%).
