After graduating from the University of Central Florida, Summa Cum Laude with a BSBA Finance and Legal Studies, I pursued a career in finance in Florida.  Subsequently, I moved to London to work within the insurance and technology sector. Throughout this time I trained and competed in sports. After a horse riding accident shattered my knee, I started practicing yoga as a way to rehab my body, and discovered that it offered much, much more than just physical benefits. Yoga kept me sane whilst running a successful London technology business.

Since the sale of that venture, I have pursued my passions and have completed multiple 500  hour yoga trainings as well as successfully earning a Lolita’s Legacy Pilates qualification.

In addition to scheduled classes in my own studio, I offer exclusive retreats at Woll House.  Combining an exquisite location with beautiful food, I work with my clients to help them create their own unique wellness retreat.
