3 Day Transform & Thrive Luxury Retreat in Scotland, UK
3 DAYS/2 NIGHTS – EXCLUSIVE LUXURY YOGA RETREAT
Friday 16th - Sunday 18th January 2026 | Ashkirk, Scottish Borders
About the retreat…
In a world that constantly asks you to be more, what if you could find a space that simply allows you to be? At Woll Estate Retreats, we believe that true wellness begins with this simple, yet profound, shift in perspective.
We offer you a space where you can safely explore your limits, release tension, and discover your own inner strength. Incorporating the physical, mental and emotional, this is a retreat curated to repair, to heal and to reboot you.
During our physical practices we will gather together to flow and move. Chanting and breath-work will calm both your body and mind. Workshops will offer you tools to thrive and exercises to allow you to let go. All of our food has been specifically tailored to support your journey back to health, your immune system and your hormones
You'll also have time and space to just be. Perhaps we'll find you curling up in the library, or exploring the 100 acres of private grounds, unwinding in the infra-red sauna or hot tub or calming your lymphatic system in the ice bath?
Suitable for men and women, and all levels of practice, this is your invitation to take control, to transform and to come home to yourself. You, just better.
Woll House is nestled in beautiful Scottish Borders countryside and provides an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity that will perfectly complement this exclusive weekend.

A Teacher Who Sees You: Each retreat has limited spaces.
This allows me to connect with each and every client on a personal level.
I understand that your journey is unique, and that every day brings a different set of physical and emotional needs.
From the moment you step into class, you'll feel my unwavering attention and support.
The smaller classes allow me to tailor each day to the clients needs on the retreat.
So, whilst I may have a plan in my head, if needed, we can adjust to ensure you receive exactly what you need.

This is not your typical venue, and it's definitely not a typical retreat.
Your home for the duration of the retreat is nestled in the beautiful Scottish Borders.
Surrounded by woodland and rolling hills, a mantle of peace settles over you as you arrive.
Throughout the retreat, you will have the opportunity to draw on the healing powers of nature, the calming sense emanating from the house, and the rejuvenating power of a truly excellent night's sleep.
Combine this with food that nurtures your very soul (and naturally, your taste buds!), yoga and breathwork that nourishes your body and your mind and this is an experience designed to ensure you leave feeling renewed and ready to tackle the world.
Woll House is an exquisite Victorian mansion, and its estate comprises over 100 acres of private woodlands and fields that you're welcome to explore at your leisure. Or, if you prefer, you can simply sit on the deck with a book and enjoy the views over the open Scottish hills.
In addition to the yoga studio, infrared sauna, ice bath and hot tub, there is an extensive library with an open fireplace as well as plenty of room in the drawing room to relax and curl up in front of the fire.

The Teacher
Samantha has trained and competed in sports her entire life. After a horse riding accident shattered her knee, she started yoga as a way to rehab her body, and discovered that it offered much, much more than just physical benefits. Yoga kept her sane whilst running her successful London technology business. Since the sale of that venture, Samantha has pursued her passion and trained with Bryce Yoga and Daniel Scott.
Samantha brings a sense of playfulness to her fast paced vinyasa flow classes. Designed to make you sweat and laugh in equal measure.
Retreat Food…
Our private chef, Delia, aka The Jammy Cook, will be providing all your food. Having run her own successful restaurant, Delia now works as a private chef for exclusive events and we are lucky to have her skills exclusively for this retreat.
Delia and I are both "foodies" so every dish is designed to tickle your taste buds and ensures that the food is an important part of your retreat.
Curated to nourish both your body and your soul, all meals are designed to put a smile on your face and a "mmmmm" in your mouth!
Brunches and dinners will be vegetarian or fish-based using delicious local fresh produce.
Every dish is prepared using Delia's flair for spices and herbs and everything will tantalize your tastebuds and tease your eyes. Each meal will include a main and side dishes as well as a pudding.
In addition, on Friday an afternoon tea will be offered including home-baked scones, cookies, or cakes.
Unlimited tea, herbal tea, and coffee are included.
Before the morning workshops, fruit and bread/pastries will be available for those of you that prefer not to practice on an empty stomach.
